Waht is your returns policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the order shipment date for a refund the original form of payment, less the shipping charge. The item(s) MUST BE UNUSED or in new condition only with the original packaging intact!

How do I begin the return process?

If you want to return the item(s) for your order, please e-mail us at support@fallindesign.com to let us know what you want to return. If you can let us know why you want to return the items that would be awesome so that we can work on addressing the issues that caused the return. We will then respond to you with our return address.

Have you received my returned items?

Once your return has been received by our office, we'll email you to let you know your refund has been issued. It can then take 3-10 working days for the funds to appear in your account.

Is there a provided return label?

We cannot provide a return label. Please also try to use Postal service when returning as that is by far the lowest cost shipping service available. You have to pay for the return shipping.

I have a wrong or defective item in my order.

We really apologize if we have shipped the wrong item or defective item. This is very unusual and we want to resolve this as quickly as possible for you. We will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges for that or send the replacement as soon as possible. We will refund or cover the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges.

You must return the item in the same condition you received it and within 14 days from the day on which you received the item. We will cover the shipping cost in that case. Make sure that when you receive an item, that you take reasonable care of it when inspecting it. Please ensure that any security seals, labels or tags are still intact. You can also email us at our customer care team to return the item.

Can I exchange an item?

Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the item and re-order a new item at fallindesign.com.

I am returning an item purchased with a Gift Certificate or Gift Card, how does that work?

Orders with Gift Certificates as payment will be refunded back to a Gift Certificate for your convenience.

My return was processed but I was not refunded my delivery charge.

We will usually refund you what you paid for the goods but not the delivery charge except in cases the order was faulty, defective, or incorrect.

I have been refunded the incorrect amount.

We are very sorry if we have made a mistake on your refund. Please get in touch with our Customer Care Team who will try and sort it out for you as soon as possible.
