We ship worldwide from Korea, ship items by various shipping couriers. We are pleased to offer international shipping to over 80 countries.

We at fallindesign offers "Free Standard Shipping" everyday on orders over $59 USD. We offer a flat rate shipping for orders under $99 USD. This free shipping offer excludes Latin America, Africa, and Russia orders. Your final shipping cost and estimated delivery time frame will be available to you during checkout. We will ship your order via any of the major shipping carriers, including FedEx express and country's Postal Service. No promo code required for free shipping.

Every country has their own import laws, you might be required to pay local duties and customs taxes. These fees are NOT included in your shipping cost. For more information contact your local customs office. The costs generated by duties and customs taxes, will be covered by you.

Item Availability(Processing Time)

Depending on a number of factors, International orders may take up to 1 - 5 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.

• Place an order before 11:59 a.m.(South Korea time) - Processing time: 1~4 days
• Place an order after 11:59 a.m.(South Korea time) - Processing time: 1~5 days

Estimated Shipping Time

We ship all orders Monday - Friday. On Korean holidays, your order will ship the next available shipping day. The tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. This tracking number will allow you to check on the delivery status of your order.

Expected delivery is an estimate of when we will attempt delivery of an item based on where it is in our network. This date is not guaranteed and will continue to be updated as your item travels to its destination. The date may be before, after, or on the same day as the Delivery Standard and is updated based on local information.

Please be advised that for international shipping, delays may occur due to foreign customs and situation.

Tracking Number

After the order is shipped out, you will get an email notification with tracking information. Sometimes the shipping carrier may take 1-2 days to update tracking status, so please check back after 24-48 hours.

PO Boxes

Orders to international P.O. Boxes will be shipped with Korea Post and then delivered by your local post office(Standard Shipping). It is not available to ship to PO Boxes by Express Shipping.

Out of Stock Items

If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock: we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from fallindesign, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

Wrong or Incomplete Addresses

If you provide a wrong or incomplete address which results in the package being returned to us, a new shipping fee may be charged for the package to be re-sent. If you ask that the order be refunded rather than re-sent, the refund will not include the cost of shipping.

Lost Package

If you did not require your signature during your package delivery, Fallindesign will not be liable for all lost packages delivered with no presence of recipients or were left at the front door by the courier.

Customs Fees and Duties

Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If customs duty may be charged, a brokerage fee(service fee) will be charged by courier. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. We prepared the package with the best condition for the smooth customs.

Please note that import duties and any other import charges and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges ultimately the buyer's responsibility.
