Your country’s customs office may apply import fees or taxes. These are separate from our shipping charges and are handled locally by the customer. Customs clearance procedures may also cause delays beyond the original delivery estimate.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If a parcel is returned due to an address error, we can reship it for a new shipping fee. If you prefer a refund, the original shipping fee and return-related costs may be deducted.
If an item in your order becomes unavailable, we’ll ship the rest of your order and refund the out-of-stock item to your original payment method.
Yes, with some limitations. International P.O. Box addresses can usually receive Standard or Economy shipping through the local postal service. Express shipping is not available for P.O. Box deliveries.
For lost packages, please contact our support team so we can investigate with the carrier. We offer a refund if your package is confirmed lost while in transit. We are not liable for lost packages if tracking shows delivery to the correct address without a signature requirement.
