How do I place an order?

Once you have selected color or option combination, simply click on the "ADD TO CART" or "QUICK ADD" button. You do not need to log in to place an order. Remember that putting an item in your Cart does not mean you have reserved it.

I have bought something but seen it at a different price on your site.

As an online business we act much faster in adjusting our prices in response to exchange rate, stock and demand from customers. In this case we will not refund the difference.

How do I use my gift certificate or coupon code?

  1. Place all of the items in your shopping cart.
  2. Under the check out button, click on "Add Coupon" or "Gift Certificate".
  3. Enter the code in the new box and click "APPLY" button.
  4. If you miss the enter your gift certificate or coupon code on shipping cart page, you are able to enter it on checkout page.

Can I cancel my order after I've placed it?

There are varying time limits in which you can cancel your order dependent on which delivery option you've chosen:

Express Shipping - 6 hours after completing your order.
Standard Delivery & Economy delivery options - 12 hours after completing your order.

If your order is shipped, it is not availabe to cancel your order. You can return your order to us once you've received it. For more information on how to return your order - Click here.

Can I amend my order after I've placed it?

I've bought a gift certificates, can I cancel it?

Gift Certificates are nonrefundable. If that timescale has already gone, and the voucher hasn’t been used, get in touch with our Customer Care Team.

What do the various Fallindesign order status descriptions mean?

  • 'Awaiting fulfillment' - You have completed the checkout process and payment has been confirmed
  • 'Awaiting shipment' - Your order has been pulled and packaged and is awaiting collection from a shipping provider
  • 'Shipped' - Your order has been despatched and is on it's way to you. This does not mean it has been delivered, it may still be in transit.
