30 Days Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the order shipment date for a refund the original form of payment, less the shipping charge. Any shipping charges paid will not be refunded if the order is returned. You have to pay for the return shipping. The item(s) MUST BE UNUSED or in new condition only with the original packaging intact! Therefore, it must be returned in its original, unsealed and unopened packages for refund. All goods will be inspected on return and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you(or will be subject to additional charges at our discretion). Fallindesign is not responsible for payment of customs, taxes and duties. For specific information regarding customs policies and fees please contact your local customs office. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
Wrong or Defective item received
We really apologize if we have shipped the wrong item or defective item. This is very unusual and we want to resolve this as quickly as possible for you. We will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges for that or send the replacement as soon as possible. We will refund or cover the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges.
You must return the item in the same condition you received it and within 14 days from the day on which you received the item. We will cover the shipping cost in that case. Make sure that when you receive an item, that you take reasonable care of it when inspecting it. Please ensure that any security seals, labels or tags are still intact.

Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the item and re-order a new item at fallindesign.com.
How to return
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our office. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.
1. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible.
2. Print your invoice, circle the returned item(s) and put it in the box. You are responsible for shipping charges back to us.
3. Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.
4. Send the return package to the following address:

- All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
- It is recommended that you use Insured Parcel Post for your return.
- Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status.
- Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser.
