Do I need to create an account to shop with you?

• No. But we recommend creating an account. Registering with Fallindesign is simple and free.
  You can sign up right now, or you can start shopping straight away and set your account up when you check out, whichever suits you best

What is a wish list?

• A Wish List puts your favorite fallindesign's products at your fingertips, ready when you are. Make a Wish List for anyone, for any reason. Collect gift ideas for birthdays, anniversaries, and special occasions. Or make a few lists for yourself. Your Wish List can be shared with others or kept to yourself. It's easy to add or delete items too.

How do I modify my account profile and registration information?

• You can easily modify your account profile online. You must first log in to get access to [My Account].
  And then go to [Your Account Details].
  You can change all your account information, including personal information in My Account.

I can't sign into my account

• In all areas of the website where your login information is requested, you will find the link "I've forgotten my Password".
  Enter the e-mail address you are registered with and we will send you instructions on how to reset your password.

I still can't sign into my account

• Should you still be having problems logging into your account, then you may need to delete your cookies.

I want to cancel my account. What do I need to do?

• You can cancel your user account by emailing our Customer Support Crew at support@fallindesign.com. Please include the following information in your email:
  - User name, email address
  - Reason for cancellation
  Please note, by canceling your account, you will lose all benefits associated with a registered account.
