Our return policy

How do I return an item?

  • The goods are your responsibility until they reach our office. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.
  1. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible.
  2. Print your invoice, circle the returned item(s) and put it in the box. You are responsible for shipping charges back to us.
  3. Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.
  4. Send the return package to the following address:

  • All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  • It is recommended that you use Insured Parcel Post for your return.
  • Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status.
  • Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser.

My return was processed but I was not refunded my delivery charge.

  • We will usually refund you what you paid for the goods but not the delivery charge except in cases the entire order was faulty.

I have been refunded the incorrect amount.

  • We are very sorry if we have made a mistake on your refund. Please get in touch with our Customer Care Team who will try and sort it out for you as soon as possible.

    The following may affect the amount you have been refunded:

    The delivery charge, which would only be refunded under cancelled orders made under Distance Selling Regulations or if the goods are faulty. Any discounts that were applied at the time of sale, which may not now be applicable.

How long does it take for me to get a refund?

  • It may take 1~3 business days for your return to reach the Fallindesign Fulfillment Centers. Once it is received and inspected (usually within 48 hours of receipt) your refund will be processed and automatically applied to original method of payment within 2 ~ 4 days.

I have received a faulty item.

  • We want all our customers to receive top quality goods so if you think there is a fault with an item you have received, please let us know straight away by contacting our Customer Care Team.
  • We will aim to resolve any issue with a faulty item as quickly as possible but we need you to tell us as soon as you discover the fault so we can resolve the issue for you.

I have received an incorrect item in my order.

  • If you have received an incorrect item in your order, let us know straight away by contacting our Customer Care Team. They will try and sort it out for you.
